Beyonce’s adidas imprint, Ivy Park, returns just in time to heat things up for the holiday season. Her fifth collection to date, the “Halls of Ivy” collection spans a wide array of styles. But while the name evokes visions of preppy collegiate/boarding school garb, the faux fur jackets, houndstooth suit coats and dress skirts only tell part of the story. Rounding off the collection is a series of neon green knits, latex pants, satin tops, athletic-minded tights and sweats, and of course, several new bodysuits.
Beyonce describes the “Halls of Ivy” as a “figurative space that is somewhere between where you are now, and where you aspire to be...a boundless, unconfined place where everyone is welcome.”
And with such a wide variety of styles, several different fits including men’s and unisex options, there seems to be something for every season, every function, every style, every body... and everybody.
This adidas x IVY PARK suit jacket is all about expression. The bold silhouette is presented in black-and-white plaid with pops of solar slime green and shoulder pads that add a touch of drama. Made in part with recycled content generated from production waste, e.g. cutting scraps, and post-consumer household waste to avoid the larger environmental impact of producing virgin content.
